We are a majority employee‐owned provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.


We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the growing Staffing team at Standish Management. We have offices across the US as well as an expanding team in London and Luxembourg, and we provide resource management for over 300 clients.


As a Standish Resource Manager, you would be responsible for directly coordinating with our business development team and our Staffing Leads to determine current open staffing needs for each of our engagement teams as well as forecasting upcoming staffing demands to assist with our hiring projections. You will be assisting with placing personnel on the appropriate clients by determining successful matches based on skills required and capacity. This position is an integral role in effectively managing our client growth by ensuring we have the appropriate staff members to meet current demands and reports directly to the company CAO. Additionally, as a Standish Staffing Manager, you would have the opportunity to work directly with company leadership across different sectors and regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Match personnel skills to diverse client needs in a complex staffing environment
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of outstanding staffing needs
  • Review client pipeline information and discuss with Pitch Leads to quantify upcoming staffing requirements
  • Maintain current staffing assignments and client data in staffing software for review by leadership
  • Proactively review system reports for utilization and staffing capacity
  • Assist in forecasting staffing demands in a high-growth environment
  • Consult with various internal stakeholders on best practices to help implement an effective staffing process
  • Partner with HR and internal stakeholders on firm initiatives and special projects

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Staffing or Resource Management type role
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with high levels of confidentiality
  • Candidate must have the ability to meet stringent deadlines with a positive attitude, be solution oriented, resourceful, and have the flexibility to alter plans when required
  • Must be organized, able to independently prioritize, and multi-task
