Job Description


Starting pay rate: $19 / hour
- Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

**$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

Sign-on Bonus only applies for new hires and rehires that have not been employed with Westgate within one year of their termination date.

Are you a smooth operator? Are you ready to let the world hear you smile? You know what it takes to answer and solve guests calls. Whether it’s confirming the reservation, sending for towels, or assisting a guest. With us, being on the phone can be fun!

As the Resort Services Operator (PBX), you will:

  • Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests
  • Answer calls using the phone routing system
  • Route calls and takes messages to the appropriate departments
  • Completes daily reports and records as required
  • Answers, screens, and routes outside calls
  • Supplies information to callers and records messages
  • Call back each guest who called to assure completion of the request
  • Maintains required record/logbook relating to the housekeeping functions, outside contracted services, or others as required
  • Prepare and assign daily assignments for both contract cleaners and housekeeping staff including partial and full service
  • Coordinates with front desk via “Owner Forecast Grid” to ensure all owner villas are a priority and that there are adequate villas in the system for the night arrival
  • Inputs and manages timeshare villa status for front desk
  • Liaisons with front desk daily for partial and full services and VIP lists
  • Monitor and respond to text messages from Kipsu messaging application
  • Monitor, input and follow up on entries in the HotSOS application
  • Assist and work at the front desk as needed and/or scheduled
  • Perform special projects as assigned, including Front Desk cross-training

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.
  • Must be to lift up to 15lbs
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
