With our continued growth, we are looking to add motivated and hardworking 1st & 2nd Shift Resin Infusion Helpers to our Oconto team! This position will build closed molding parts/ RTM utilizing various materials to complete the project.

1st Shift Resin Infusion Helper position, Monday-Friday 5AM - 1PM. Overtime as needed. Starting rate of pay is based on experience. Willing to train!

What a Resin Infusion Helper will do:

• Inspect molds for cracks, blemishes, small holes, wax build up. Prep molds with tape and paper.
• Read/ review blueprint to where items go on piece being built
• Cut mat, core mat, and balsa with various tools to fit appropriately.
• Place mold that has been gel coated into work area on cart. Lay finish mat on top of mold, spray area to be completed with mat with tack spray; flatten mat out with hands and zip tool in corners.
• Push and pull pieces to fit tightly on mold, cut excessive edges.
• Place stacking layers on molds per piece
• Bag mold; suck air out with vacuum. Let stand for 30 mins then perform drop test to access vacuum pressure. Inject resin into mold and let stand for 2 hours. Remove bag and resin lines.
• Utilize hoist to lift heavier items around work area and place them on racks.
• Move all molds from area to gel booth
• Lift lids onto parts for RTM molds
• Calculate all resin/ catalyst for parts, mix mixture with hand/ air mixer for at least 1 minute to ensure consistent.
• Organize and prepare scheduling, ordering, calculations for part prepping. All completed on paper.

What you need to have:

• Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
• Previous experience in resin-based repair/patching and/or auto body repair, or fiberglass is strongly desired
• Ability to read blueprints
• Hand tools experience is desirable
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Quality conscious
• ·Detail oriented and focused
• Ability to adjust to change and stay focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
