We are seeking an experienced full-time general trades remodeling contractor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on quality, a proven background in remodeling/construction, reliable transportation and a desire to work an honest 40 hours a week.

Proven experience in areas such as the following would be a strong asset to our organization.

• Demolition
• Framing
• Drywall
• Electrical (minor)
• Plumbing
• Window/door installation
• Flooring installation (vinyl plank and laminate)
• Tiling
• Trim work
• Vinyl siding
• Cabinet installation
• Kitchen and Bath Renovation

While our primary focus is kitchen and bath remodeling, we offer a full line of services such as flooring installation, windows, doors, siding, custom carpentry and more. We service the Ottawa, Sandusky, Erie and Huron county areas. The successful candidate should have a proven background in these areas of work, be comfortable working both in a team and independently, and have a high degree of pride in their work. Having your own tools is also beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate tools and machines to perform various tasks.
• Travel to various work sites.
• Be able to lift and carry objects over 60 pounds, occasionally over 100 pounds depending on the task.
• Read and understand blue prints and other diagrams.
• Professionally communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Provide safe working conditions.
• Be able to measure distances accurately.'
