Description
The Residential Operations Coordinator is responsible for the general oversight and quality of services for each of their assigned residences. This includes the oversight of the Residence Manager, Assistant Residence Manager and QIDP. They are responsible for overseeing all the operational and clinical services delivered within the residences.
Skills Needed
Master’s degree in a human services field. 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, plus 3 years of supervisory experience. Experience working with individuals with autism and/or related disorders is desirable. Valid driver’s license required.
Pay Rate
$65,000 per year
