Established in 1909, George Junior Republic is dedicated to helping at-risk youth become successful, well-adjusted adults, capable of achieving a higher degree of citizenship, and a better understanding of his responsibility to society, his family and himself.
Position Overview:
The Residential Manager is responsible for the operations and milieu, including the supervision and scheduling of staff in the Special Needs, Intensive Supervision, Diagnostic and RTF programs at George Junior Republic in order to effect successful discharge of the person served. The Residential Manager is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and works closely with the assigned clinical staff member to maintain comprehensive case collaboration.

- Passive Physical Restraint
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform safety procedures as needed.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must complete and pass a physical and drug screen.
- Bachelor's degree and one year experience working with youth preferred or Associate's degree and three years experience working with youth.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft products
