This position is based in the Dighton/Taunton area working Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday with flexibility.

The Residential Manager is responsible for developing and administering an array of services and supports designed to enrich the lives of people with developmental disabilities. Services include, but are not limited to, case management, transportation, the development of social relationships and providing support in the areas of recreational, therapeutic, and personal living skills. The Residential Manager is responsible for running 1 house.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. (college participation preferred).
  • Ability to comprehend and write English at traditional Grade 12 level.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and an agreement to use one’s personal vehicle for business purposes.
  • Three years experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • Acceptable Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and Fingerprint check.
