Hadley Properties is a closely held real estate development company with operations in Bellevue (WA), Honolulu (HI) and Colorado Springs (CO). We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to join our Crescent Ridge Resort development and construction team in Crescent Bar (Quincy), WA. This position requires oversight of approximately 100 homes over three distinct home sites over the next several years.

The right candidate for this position is a strong communicator with high attention to detail. You will be responsible for coordinating site construction activities, supervising field personnel, and driving the construction schedule to meet key deadlines. If you are a quick thinker and proactive problem solver, who is adept at managing all phases of the construction process, adhering to both schedule and budget, we would like to talk with you.

Specific Responsibilities Include

• Scheduling and managing subcontractors for each phase of development, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient operations
• Carefully following project plans and specifications
• Prioritizing, planning, and scheduling jobsite tasks
• Preparing contracts and bids while coordinating with team members through the procurement process, actively seeking out alternative products, suppliers, and installers
• Coordinating material orders, deliveries, handling, and storage
• Completing daily reports, logs, and progress photos
• Proactive and logical decision making with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• 5-7 years related residential construction experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and subcontractors
• Bilingual a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
