Residential Aide - 4-Day Work Week Eligible Job at The Morrison Communities

The Morrison Communities has implemented a 4-Day Work Week Program for all full-time employees! All full-time employees now qualify to work 32-hours weekly and receive an additional 8-hours of equivalent pay.

We want you to be a part of something that matters at The Morrison Communities! The Summit by Morrison Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking motivated Residential Aides, for first, second and third shift positions. Full-time, part-time and per diem positions available.
- Second shift RAs start at $20.50 an hour, including shift differential.
- Third shift RAs start at $21.50 an hour, including shift differential.
- Per diem RAs start at $20.00 an hour, with potential for an additional shift differential.

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age. Non-licensed individuals are encouraged to apply. Caregiving experience preferred. All Assisted Living RAs receive paid medication management training and dementia education.
