Riley Crossing is one of Ebenezer's newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced, and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
• Under the direction of the Nurse provides health-related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Performs specified home services as needed such as; laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Assists with onboarding of new staff

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, with empathy and compassion for residents and coworkers
• Ability to work with a diverse and elderly population
• If under 18 must be on the MN NA registry

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
• Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
