Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a world-renowned academic research institute of Louisiana State University, is seeking a Research Project Assistant to join the Clinical Chemistry Core.
Job Responsibilities
-
Processing biological specimens for testing
-
Maintenance of Clinical Chemistry Core (CCC) and PBRC Biorepository programs
-
Management of central laboratory processes associated with clinical trials
-
Development of laboratory processes and documents for assigned clinical trials
-
Field support of clinical trials conducted in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Defense
-
General laboratory maintenance and quality control
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, or health related field
