Social Media Content Creator - ContactUs Communications, Inc. (Remote position)
Based in Columbus, OH, ContactUs Communications provides top-grade customer support for Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 brands. We are seeking a creative individual to showcase our brand, as well as the customer support industry as a whole, in a bright, new way.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conceive, create and post organic content on ALL social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok
- Revamping the public's understanding and perception of the customer support industry
- Create high-quality, branded content that positively and accurately portrays ContactUs
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in order to maximize community engagement
- Collaborate with HR in responding to and engaging with our online community
- Work with all departments to understand their social media marketing needs
- Organize and plan posting schedules to ensure all department needs are met
Experience and Skills Necessary
- 2+ years of professional social media content design experience or education background desired but not required
- Ability to write clear, error free content
- Communicate the brand voice to our target audience
- Exceptional eye for design, style, detail, and color
- Fresh ideas to push social presence beyond what has previously been done
- Vast and varied creative skillset - the work will range from photography, videography, graphic design, etc.
- High level of creativity, and demonstrated ability to generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas
