Remote Medical Work - Big Rapids, Michigan Job at Kona Medical Consulting
We are looking for people interested in the medical field that want a flexible schedule. This job is similar to a Caregiver or Home Health Aide. You would be working in your client's home which may be your own home. The job is simple. You simply help with things like grocery shopping, cleaning the house, and fixing a meal.
Preference will be given to candidates that have a friend or family member that is on Medicaid or Medicare that has difficulty moving around the home, has cognitive issues, or any other condition that would lean toward homebound. We will assign additional clients to you depending on your performance and level of comfort.
You are able to do this job as a side-gig even if you have full-time or part-time employment elsewhere. This job is particularly important because of the Coronavirus crisis. We are happy to design a flexible schedule that works for you and the patient but you would have to adhere to that schedule without fluctuation.
The hiring process for this position has multiple steps:
- Are you qualified?
- Do you have a qualified client candidate?
- Verify your candidate.
- Register you with the client that is asking us to recruit for this position.
- Register you with the State.
- Train you on how to do the job.
- Register your candidate with our client.
That process may seem long but it can occur in 2 days if you're cooperative and so is your candidate. The average hire takes 4 days to start working. We are as big of a hurry as you are.
