REMOTE Marketing Manager Job at Willard Heating & Air Condition
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support growing businesses in the Trades. The goal of this position is to autonomously run the client acquisition, retention and full funnel process for assigned locations through analysis and strategic marketing initiatives. To work with and support general managers to grow their business better than ever before.
Execute annual marketing plan for assigned Region
- Manage the spend of the region annual budget across traditional and digital marketing
- Construct and execute consumer centric strategies and plans for driving demand, engagement, and conversion through owned, earned and paid digital channels including brand websites, YouTube channel, search, social media video, content, CRM, SEO, referral programs
- Measure key metrics across marketing channels and optimize spend
- Evaluate and select (or retain) marketing agency
- Build reporting, dashboards and KPIs to measure and share performance, optimize spend and share actionable insights with General Managers of Region.
Understand and connect with local clients
- Understand assigned regions service footprint and local market trends for each market
- Measure and improve client engagement
- Manage messaging and media channels
Manage the Online advertising channel for company
- Work with and manage agencies to ensure efficiency and ROI
- Develop an effective funnel to drive direct to consumer equipment sales
- Improve rankings thru organic content creation
- Create, manage and implement a cohesive SEO strategy
- Oversee Google Analytics
- Analyze and report on drop offs during the sales funnel
- Develop strategies to develop funnel insights
Drive customer retention strategy for the business
- Create a strategy for significantly improved engagement and client retention
- Develop and deploy community marketing initiatives (e.g., Chamber relationship, event sponsorship, etc.) aligned with the regions service footprint
