About the Role:
If you want to start a career where you can showcase your computer and problem-solving skills, this entry-level customer service position is an excellent opportunity! As a remote Customer Service Agent - Auto Dealer Support at Morley, you'll act as a resource for automotive dealerships needing help with orders they've placed.

You don't need to know anything about cars or parts – we'll train you on everything you need to know to succeed!

What You'll Do
  • Provide fantastic service over the phone
  • Use your computer skills to:
    • Research requests related to vehicle parts
    • Track shipments and parts orders
    • Escalate critical orders

Skills for Success:
  • Computer, typing and phone skills
  • Can speak and type proficiently at the same time
  • Able to problem-solve, act as a consultant and resolve customer issues

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Available to work during the hours below
Schedule
  • Training (requires 100% attendance):
    • First five weeks - instructor-led:
      8 hours/day
      Between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time
      Monday - Friday
    • Next four weeks - hands-on calls:
      Scheduled during hours of operation:
      Between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time
      Monday - Friday
  • Work schedule:
    • Able to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time
    • Monday - Friday
    • No weekends!
Nice to Have
  • Degree in a relevant or related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry
Remote Work Requirements
  • Home desktop or laptop computer
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Cellular phone

Morley & COVID-19

In March 2020, we instituted the Morley COVID-19 Response Team, which continues to meet daily to minimize or eliminate our associates’ exposure to COVID-19 and provide assurance that Morley is a safe place to work. This team continues to update policies based on CDC, OSHA, MIOSHA and Michigan Department of Health & Human Services guidelines as new information is released.

Currently, most associates work remotely. Those who do work on site are not required to wear masks, vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory, and social distancing is exercised based on associate preference. People with symptoms or a positive test result are asked to remain home. According to the CDC, our COVID-19 community level is rated as low. If this rating changes to medium or high, our COVID-19 Response Team will revisit policies and processes in order to protect our Morley Family members from infection.

Due to the precautions we have taken, Morley has experienced very little spread of COVID-19 in our offices since 2020 (as verified through the Saginaw County Department of Public Health).
