This is a remote position available for individuals outside of the Orlando market area but within a 2 hour driving distance from our site location in Metrowest. Must be able to pick up equipment first day of training.
Inbound Calls Only. Top performers average $100,000+ per year. Our Elite Sales team is growing to meet the call demand of warm leads. Spend you day connecting via phone with future guests wanting to learn more about purchasing a vacation opportunity with HGV. Send people on a vacation dream while reaching your personal income goals in a base plus sales commission environment. In depth training will further grow your abilities to establish rapport, overcome objections and meet your sales goals where you can join the ranks of our highest earners and accelerate your career.

Your goal as a call transfer agent is to qualify our callers and sell our highly discounted vacation packages to preview our luxurious resorts. These tours are built to promote our beautiful resorts, which offer the customer the possibility of building lasting memories with vacation ownership, you will greet the customer graciously and professionally, describe the details and benefits of the deeply reduced getaway package, address any concerns, and use our sales approach to resolve any objections.
We are looking for a self-starter with a deep desire to succeed. If you’re self-motivated, persuasive and sales driven, this is the role for you. - A dedicated workspace, quiet and free from distractions
- Minimum bandwidth of 20 Mbps and router Ethernet port minimum of 100 Mbps

Schedule Details: Multiple Shifts Available including overnight with a shift differential

Types of Candidates we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evening, and weekends
- Pervious sales experience is preferred
- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services sector is a plus
- Individuals who are financially driven
