What you need for Engineering Manager role:
- 7+ years as a Engineering Manager
- Previous experience designing Industrial Products, Turbomachinery a plus!
- Ability to lead several design projects simultaneously
- Strong team leadership experience
- experienced managing budgets and expenses
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Masters a plus!
