Responsibilities:
- Review scientific journals for substantiation of ingredients and product marketing claims
- Submit and maintain product certifications (Non-GMO, Kosher, etc.)
- Create formula/product specific documentation for product registrations
- Create documents that satisfy specific country requirements for product registrations necessary for international distribution
- Review, revise and approve of labels and marketing material that are DSHEA compliant
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Science discipline
- 3-5 years of regulatory experience in GMP environment
- Current working knowledge of CFR 21 part 111 and 117, cGMP, DSHEA and FDA compliances
- Knowledge in the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirement is preferred
- HACCP-based Food Safety Codes certification preferred
