Registered Nurse, Per Diem Admission and Supervisory Visits

MUST HAVE DAY TIME AVAILABILITY, and some weekend and evening availabilty Pay rate $80 per admission or supervisory visit. The Home Care RN is responsible admitting and supervising non-medical home care cases for
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one on one visits with clients
- Develop plans of care
- Provide education to clients and their families
- Educate caregivers in the field
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, referral sources and AmeriBest staff
- Be a team player with all AmeriBest departments
- Prepare reports as requested
- Conduct at least 10 visits per month to remain active
Pay: $80.00 - $400.00 per day
