We are looking for a Registered Nurse to care educate our students . You will be responsible for educating them and the healthcare staff in a passionate way. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote student success education and assertiveness.

Atleast 1 year of long-term care experience required.

Role: Instructing and supervising CNA's

SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED:

• Working knowledge and ability to implement State and Federal regulations governing the Nurse Assistant Training Program.
• Knowledge of principles, methods and trends of Career Technical Education
• Refined written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge and ability to use common software programs Assist Districts/Schools and instructors to complete and maintain program, instructor and student documents for a minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge of current trends in nursing practice and issues in health care.
• Ability to plan, organize and supervise.
• Ability to assist with program approvals and implement compliance changes.
• Able to plan and/or conduct instructor professional development as identified to increase program effectiveness and student success.

Skills

• Proven experience as a registered nurse
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
• Active Registered Nurse License in the state of California

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
