For this position, you will be working in Knox County, providing the vital home health services that keep our community members right where they want to be--at HOME.
- Case Management
- OASIS SOC/Non-OASIS SOC
- Routine visits
- IV therapies
- Wound Care
- Patient and family education
This is an hourly position, that includes drive time and mileage. LOCAL training provided.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All OSHA required COVID-19 policies are followed; PPE provided.
