MORE DETAILS ON THE ROLE:

You'll work as a part of our residential treatment team on our Springfield, MO campus.

As a Great Circle RN, you will provide immediate, routine and emergency care for children in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility setting. Responsible for coordination with contract healthcare providers, providing direct medical care for clients, records maintenance, and on-call duty and related activities.

Registered Nurses report to the Nursing Director.

Great Circle’s Residential Treatment program offers therapeutic services in a 24/7-supervised facility for children and teenagers with acute emotional and behavioral problems.

• Clients range from ages 6–20 years old
• Dealing with acute emotional and behavior issues
• Struggling to maintain safety and stability in a less restrictive environment

WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:

We have needs for evening coverage. We can be flexible on the hours.

Base pay is $34-$38 an hour with shift differentials (see below).

Monday through Friday + $3 per hour night shift differential
Friday through Monday + $5 per hour night shift differential
Friday through Monday + $3 per hour weekend differential (AM & PM)

REQUIRE EDUCATION:

• Associates Degree
• Registered Nurse Licensure in the State of Missouri

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
