Registered Nurse Practice - Lanark Job at FHN
This position offers an optional commitment award of $7500.00 for a 3 year commitment to FHN.
Summary: Delivers nursing care to patients and their families utilizing the nursing process in conjunction with evidence based practice, using a holistic approach, while incorporating the PRIDE standards as set forth by FHN. Displays critical thinking, a commitment to excellent customer service, and technical and interpersonal skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrates competencies in accordance with specific performance standards. Encompasses a multitude of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of the healthcare practice. Incorporates a positive team approach to serve as a liaison between physician office and other members of the healthcare team.
Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Zero to six months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice in the state of Illinois. BLS/AED certified.
