We have many shift opportunities but are currently looking for compassionate RNs to work flexible schedules with Developmentally Disabled Clients. RN and clinical staff serve as an advocate for the person supported to ensure the provision of personalized care coordination across the healthcare continuum.

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse

• RN care planning and oversight
• Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
• Coordinates and/or attends shift report ensuing LVNs reporting
• Reviews LVN schedule, clinical responsibilities
• Assures quality of care by adhering to nursing standards of practice
• Prepares and passes medications according to facility policies and procedures
• Participates in Admission/Discharge
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes

Requirements of Registered Nurse

• Active CA license as RN
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, required
• Care coordination experience, required
• EHR documentation, required
• Regulatory, Compliance or Accreditation experience, required
• Previous experience in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities, preferred
• Covid19 Vaccinated
• Negative skin TB test, Physical Examination

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
