Anchored365 is seeking a Weekend Supervisor for a 120-bed facility in Martin County, FL.
We are looking for two compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is committed to providing the very best and safest care to our residents. This RN will supervise the weekend (7am-7pm shift 11PM-7:30AM) activities in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, current federal, state and local standards, to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
Available Shifts: 7am-7:30 pm Sunday & Saturday
Job duties:
Must possess active and valid RN License in the State of Florida.
2+ years’ nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
Supervisory Experience needed
Ability to work collaboratively, as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Dedicated to providing quality care to our patients.
Willingness to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Perform duties with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Working knowledge health care laws and regulations.
Familiar with HIPAA, Patients’ Rights and skilled nursing facility policies and procedures.
CPR/BLS card
Must be able to pass level II background check and submit valid work references.
