Job Type: 13-26 weeks renewable contract (guaranteed monthly income)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with previous adult home health experience to join our team in College Station, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as part of our home Health program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medication and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress and make appropriate adjustments to care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and self-care.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes in electronic medical records.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Requirements:
- Active State's License
- 2 years of adult home health experience is a must.
- Knowledge of Home Care Home Base and Oasis software.
- Ability to meet 30 productivity points.
- Must be willing to travel to patients' homes.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Overtime preapproved by the branch.
- No on-call duties unless stated upfront.
- Will accept locals.
- COVID-19 vaccine required as per facility guidelines. Medical/Religious exemptions only.
