Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medication, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitoring patients' progress and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease management
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
