A small, acute care hospital located near Bakersfield, California has a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Registered Nurse, 13-weeks, to come and work for their hospital! Great facility, great team and culture to be a part of!

Salary Range: $80-$84 Hourly

Registered Nurse Duties:

• Registered Nurse recognizes patient problems/complications and intervenes appropriately
• RN is accountable for the safe administration of medications
• Registered Nurse will assess patient need for discharge planning on admission
• RN positions available in Operating Room, Emergency Room, ICU, and Cath Lab.
• The individual who fills this role will be responsible for providing care for a wide variety of conditions to include basic health care, surgery recuperation, and acute conditions.
• For ICU and Operating Room and Emergency Room, 3, 12-hour shifts, day or night
• For Cath Lab, 5, 8-hour shifts, M-F, day shift
• All inclusive rate, Stipends have already been factored into hourly

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Must have RN license in California
• 1 year of experience preferred in area of expertise
• BSN or Associates in Nursing
• Must be Covid vaccinated

Surrounding Bakersfield Area:

• 2 hours from Los Angeles, and 2.5 hours from Santa Barbara, CA
• Many outdoor activities nearby including fishing, hiking, and camping
• Many National and State Parks to explore all within a day's drive
