As a Nutrition Support Dietitian with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services you will utilize your clinical nutrition, patient education and relationship development experience to support patients receiving specialized complex infusion therapy services.

• Responsible for the safe application and documentation of customized nutrition support therapies (TPN and enteral) per Company’s policies and procedures, per current accepted standards of nutrition practice, and in accordance with the physician’s treatment plan.
• Review clinical documentation to determine qualification per Medicare standards.
• Interface with internal and external customers as required, supporting smooth transitions of patients onto our services and on-going customer satisfaction.
• As a subject matter expert, support non-clinical and clinical RD mentoring, operational and clinical report development/analysis, program projects and scheduling as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager-Dietitian Nutrition Support

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 21.88
Maximum: 47.12

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• State licensure in the state the Registered Dietitian resides and upon hire state licensure to align with patient care. This position requires licensure in NY and IN. We will reimburse to obtain and maintain licensure outside of one's state of residence.
• Active Commission on Dietetic Registration status (CDR).
• 1-3 yrs experience providing clinical care for nutrition support patients
• 1-3 yrs customer service experience

• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician
• Payor experience
• Home nutrition support experience

Education
Bachelor’s Degree-Nutrition, Dietetics or related field required
