Wise Staffing Group is seeking an ambitious and energetic Regional Sales Director to join our growing team!

This position would cover 4 current branches in the State of Arkansas, directly under your supervision, and develop the sales leaders in those branches. You would strategize to grow the market to 8-10 branches within the next two years.

This role is for a highly motivated individual that demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team. The Regional Sales Director is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.

Salary is base $85,000-100,000 (depending on experience) annually plus weekly commission from existing business, new accounts, and office G/P, gas allowance, and cell allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the region by developing the sales team
  • Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and management skills
  • Proven sales track record, showing revenue growth
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Avionte)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
