Position Overview:

Fooda is currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Associate to support our growing number of markets and their daily event needs. This role reports to our Business Operations department but works closely with the account management teams across Fooda. This position is responsible for helping improve corporate operating processes and directly managing events in assigned region(s). Duties will include working with the local team(s) to create monthly event schedules, reviewing open events, and communicating directly with our local restaurant networks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the monthly schedule by working with our restaurant partners and the local account management team(s)
  • Manage our daily event confirmations and open events
  • Work with the Corporate Operations team to review potential risk and problem-solve
  • Become an expert on our product and propriety software so you can provide internal operations support across all our products
  • Help identify and execute opportunities to streamline operational efficiency
