Regional Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator is a vital member of the Centralized Maintenance Program who manages and schedules all apartment make ready turns and renovations for 8 apartment communities in Tampa. Position also includes entering purchase orders for all turn related expenses and distributes maintenance work orders to all sites daily.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
