Envision Your Experience
The Regional Events Manager will play a pivotal role in managing various event programs for all company brands, aligning to strategic state, and regional markets. This position works closely with designated sales regions for the planning and execution of company originated events, including summits, conferences, trade shows, and custom asks. We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset to help guide the sales leaders in determining the best type of event execute.
Position Type: This is a full-time position.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote
Travel: (If applicable) You can also expect to travel up to 25%, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
Compensation: Imagine Learning offers competitive total compensation, including incentive opportunities for regular employees.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field and 5+ years of experience in event coordination; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Budget and project management skills with proficiency in MS applications and tools like Wrike/Smartsheet
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Outstanding vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interaction with leadership a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25% with overnight stays.
