Moorhead Rehabilitation and Healthcare center Minneapolis, MN
Looking for a Regional Nurse to oversee 3 Skilled Nursing Facilities between Moorhead, MN, Benson, MN, and Rice Lake, WI.
Must have at least 1 year of prior experience as a Regional Nurse for skilled nursing facilities. Flexible, dependable, self-directed. Ability to function independently with minimal oversight.
- Assess & evaluate clinical services in assigned facilities to identify areas for clinical improvement.
- Act as a regional mentor & coaches DONs for success at local facilities.
- May need to assist the DON in reviewing candidates for RN Management positions.
- Schedule facility/regional visits based on facility issues and compliance needs.
- Ensure compliance with State/ Federal regulations and current standards of practice.
- Provide assistance & support throughout the survey process including preparation for survey, writing a plan of correction & developing an action plan, and monitoring for compliance.
Experience:
- Regional DON: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RN (Preferred)
