We are currently seeking experienced Service Technicians/Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians with a minimum of one year of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, commercial HVAC, or relevant military service. EPA and/or CFESA certification is preferred.
As a technician, you will partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read diagrams and schematics. The pay range for this position is $30-42/hr plus a potential bonus dependent on market.
The benefits include a take-home truck/van with a gas card, uniforms, and a phone. Health, life, dental, and vision insurance will be offered to employees eligible on the 1st of the month, after 60 days. Additionally, 12 days of PTO will be accrued after 30 days, along with 3 floating holidays and 48 hours for wellness/sickness.
The technician must maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle and accurate parts and tool inventory. Safe work practices and accident prevention procedures must be followed to maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards. A background check, drug test, and driving record/MVR check are required.
