DESCRIPTION:

This position will play a key role with a fast-paced ASPR client providing support to all areas of the agency for management, finance, acquisition, and human capital. This role will support the rapid growth of the agency with primary responsibility for the U.S. government’s response to the COVID pandemic, and preparation for future emergencies. The candidate must have USA Staffing recruiting platform experience.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Schedules interviews with candidates; coordinates all details of interviews including travel arrangements.
• Assists with written and verbal communications with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
• Maintains job boards and assists with sourcing candidates.
• Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) USA Staffing, candidate records; creates and runs weekly tracking reports.
• Maintains records on applicant flow and outreach efforts.
• Sources and prescreens candidates, assists managers with reference checks, develops competitive job offers and tracks candidates in the applicant tracking system.
• Communicates with hiring manager on the status of requisitions, candidate quality and candidate pipeline.
• Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
• Track meeting actions and assist leaders with assigning actions to appropriate SME.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least six years of direct staffing support with the federal government
• Experience in relevant ATS programs and MS Office
• Technical expertise in personnel management
• Must have experience with USA Staffing platform

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment.
