Recruiting Manager
Millennium Information Services is a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies. We are currently seeking a Full Time Recruiting Manger.
The recruiting manager will be responsible for overseeing the Millennium Recruiting Team and department operations, to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. The individual will be an expert in creative sourcing strategies, have the ability to work in a high-volume environment balancing multiple openings nationwide, excellent reporting and excel skills, time management and scheduling skills.
Key Deliverables:
- Creatively source candidates via diverse strategies including networking, social media, internet research, college and other means
- Screen candidates for fit, availability, interest level and basic qualifications
- Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges
- Manage the recruiting system
- Posting and tracking of all ads
- Sending New Hire Paperwork and tracking status of new hires
- Providing weekly status updates
- Responsible for tracking and reporting monthly recruiting stats
- Managing the Recruiting department budget
- Ensuring compliance is upheld
- Communicating with management teams
