About The Role:*
As the Talent Acquisition team's sole Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with our team of recruiters in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will own all interview coordination from scheduling interviews, booking travel, and hosting candidates at our HQ. You will also play a critical role in ensuring all candidates have an incredible experience throughout their interviews. What You'll Do:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team and help with scheduling interviews and communicating all interview plans with candidates
  • Facilitate onsite interviews and ensure a positive experience
  • Plan and book all candidate travel
  • Process candidate reimbursements
  • Manage all active job postings
  • Recommend and drive process improvements and documentation
  • Manage workflows within our applicant tracking system and update it with all notes and relevant information
  • Manage candidate experience-related projects

Who You Are:

  • Experience in Recruiting, HR, or an Administrative role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Calendar management skills (Google Calendar preferred)
  • Experience booking travel (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
  • Experience with Google suite of products
  • Strong attention to detail
