Recruiter (FT) Job at TEEMA Solutions
TEEMA Solutions is seeking an Anchorage based Recruiter for a direct-hire, permanent position as for inhouse talent acquistion position. This position will be on-site and part of a small team of recruiters for an established, stable retail company.
Salary: 60K with good benefits package
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Execute and provide input into the recruitment and selection processes.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and recommend candidates.
- Manage employment offers, pre-employment checks and support the onboarding process.
- Participate in career fairs and other outreach for recruitment purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and share them with team members.
- Provide guidance to management on talent acquisition strategy and process.
- Identify and implement recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain tracking and reporting tools.
- Promote diversity in hiring by working with community agencies and networks.
- Assist with other recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in staff recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-driven, multi-unit business. Staffing agency experience a plus!
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Networking skills with the ability to build talent pools
- Must be able to travel as required.
