Job Summary:

PIM Brands LLC. is currently seeking Contract Recruiters and Direct Hire Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The incumbents are responsible for developing the talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire best in class talent for a 24/7 manufacturing plant and corporate positions. Deep partnership and understanding of the business are at the core of our talent acquisition philosophy. It allows us to create high impact recruiting strategies, and understand what great talent looks like at PIM Brands LLC..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build successful relationships with key business leaders and HR Team and serve as a primary source of recruitment strategy, consultation, and education for select roles.
  • Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, interview, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
  • Complete hiring process within defined metrics.
  • Create and utilize innovative and aggressive recruitment methods that are designed to attract exceptional candidates in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity and diversity.
  • Manage other projects and duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human resources, business, or related field.
  • 4+ years recruiting experience including experience supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies, including sourcing capabilities (passive and active), internet, employee referrals, professional networking, university relations, etc.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organization skills; and, demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence people, including building high levels of trust and commitment.
  • Exceptional performance and record of achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute high performance recruiting practices.
  • Proven time and project management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and bias for action.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate personal and professional values.
