We are seeking a full or part-time Recruiter onsite in our Lexington office- someone who enjoys sourcing new people and can assist us to identify and hire mission-driven employees.
For this role we’re offering flexible hours, paid training and lots of support from a caring, non-profit organization. If you were a former hiring manager, or sales representative, a customer service professional or hospitality staff, your skill set is perfect!
Cooperative for Human Services Inc. is a multi-cultural organization that supports adults with intellectual, developmental and other related disabilities throughout Eastern Massachusetts. We are looking to expand our workforce of compassionate Direct Support Staff and Managers who provide outstanding mentoring to the adults we serve. Through activities such as networking, community outreach, campus visits, or contacting CHS employee referrals, for instance, you can help us expand our workforce.
Job duties:
Looking for someone to think outside the box. Use creative sourcing methods such as sourcing online, networking, social networking, and community gathering places to identify qualified candidates.
Must have the ability to speak and read English
Current MA driver’s license required
Pay:
Salary based on experience.
You set your schedule. However, benefits start on the first day if you decide to work 20 hours per week or more.
