We are currently accepting applications for the position of, Care Team Assistants (CTA). CTAs provide various administrative and support services to our mostly adult clientele at our Westpark Family Clinic.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $15.62 - $19.79 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Wage increase available after 3 months in the position and when meeting position and software proficiency standards.
  • Additional compensation available for Spanish speakers, after testing proficiency.

Essential Functions: (Performs all or some of the following)

  • Greets clients at front desk
  • Provides customer service and screens incoming calls
  • Makes preliminary determinations of individual needs and urgency for services
  • Assigns clients to most available/appropriate service provider
  • Schedules appointments
  • Receives payment for service
  • Responds to billing information requests
  • Schedules appointments
  • Prepares and provides pertinent client information, charts and records
  • Performs as liaison for clients, patients, doctors, therapists, nurses with patients, Medicaid, and drug companies
  • Acts as patient advocate
  • Prepares prior authorization letters and forms
  • Organizes and prepares proper client documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; AND Six (6) months of responsible clerical or secretarial experience.
