Position Summary:
The Receptionist will provide administrative support as needed on a Per Diem basis.
- Answer/Transfer company phone calls.
- Greet Visitors.
- Record Greetings/Special messages.
- Internal paging on the intercom.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Process internal mail.
- Update telephone list.
- Special projects for HR-mailings.
- Process outgoing FEDEX shipments.
- Maintain FEDEX supplies.
- Maintain/clean display room and lobby conference rooms.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.
- Administrative experience is preferred.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
