Key responsibilities

• Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
• Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
• Assist sales department when needed

• Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
• Receive and distribute mail

Send Letters and mail merge

• Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
• Create a fantastic first impression for visitors
• Strong communication and social skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
• Well-founded grasp of Prioritization
• Proficiency in Mail Merge
• Transfer Calls experience
• Proven knowledge of Written Communication
• Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred
• Solid understanding of Department Mail
• Command of filing
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills, Knowledge of Microsoft, Office, Word and Excel
