CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

CHI Great Plains Rehabilitation Services is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join the team!
The receptionist provides assistance to the GPRS department staff by scheduling appointments, typing and dictation, assisting customers, and coordinating services and maintenance of departmental functions. The ideal candidate would have a #heartforhumankindess and prosper with first impressions for our customers we serve at GPRS.

What You'll Do:
- Appropriately triage incoming phone calls.
- Open store – counting tills, turn on computers, unlock doors, answer voice mail.
- Sort all incoming mail.
- Prep payments for deposit.
- Distribute all faxes and dictation received.
- Process credit card payments received via phone.
- Manage office supply inventory.
- Assist with minor janitorial duties to keep department functional.
- Complete various monthly reports as requested.
- Various special clerical assignments.
- Various Great Plains marketing assignments.

Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Required Education- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills, knowledge of medical terminology and scheduling practices is required.
- Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness
- Ability to process patients and public inquiries with poise and efficiency
- Ability to recognize, evaluate and resolve problems.
- Basic computer data entry, filing, spelling, telephone etiquette skills.
Pay Range
$11.58 - $15.48 /hour
