Pay

  • $ 25,000.00- $35,000.00/ yr base pay

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls
  • Schedule appointments with customers
  • Check and distribute mail
  • Enter some payables, filing, and data entry
  • Duties as needed

Job requirements

  • Should be friendly, energetic, organized, and work well in teams and by themselves
  • Should have great listening skills as well as communication skills via telephone and face-to-face
  • A go-getter, self-motivated, have good time management skills, and ambitious.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
