We're looking for a full-time receptionist / administrative assistant to join our award-winning CPA firm in Austin Texas. Our mission is to provide professional accounting solutions for the protection of the public interest and to enhance the quality of life for all parties.

This role will interact with walk-in clients and phone calls, so the candidate must be friendly, approachable and personable. In addition, the ideal candidate will take pride in doing a job well and always look for ways to improve our client service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, greet and interact with clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage appointments for leadership team
  • Receive and organize client information
  • Set up new and maintain existing client information
  • Process and notify clients of completed tax returns
  • Monitor/order office and break room supplies
  • Manage copier and printer performance
  • Assist with client invoicing/billing/collections
  • Assist with client mail-outs
  • Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

Requirements

All candidates for this position MUST meet the following requirements:

  • Cheerful personality
  • Minimum 1 year experience as receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably with a professional services firm
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
