ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensures pricing accuracy and signage throughout the entire Store and Fresh Departments
- Prints sorts and hangs 1,000-2,000 tags and signs from the current pricing system on a weekly basis
- Ensures end displays have correct pricing and signage
- Responsible for scanning in all products delivered to the store
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of invoices associated with deliveries and that correct costs have been applied
- Sorts and distributes invoices to department managers
- Communicates with vendors regarding special orders, displays and ad items
- Completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Communicates openly and frequently with department managers and the Store Director
- Sets a professional and positive example to others
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Excellent organization and planning skill
- Required to make logical, significant decisions using general, recognized skills and techniques
- Continually strives to be product minded, customer minded, personnel minded, detailed, forward focused and consistent
