We are seeking a Realty Technician to support our federal customers. This position is remote. The Realty Technician will assist with lease extension notifications, delegation requests, market research, flood plain checks and compliance, and other support actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with federal personnel, agencies, and contractors to ensure proper data management and provide timely response to work requests.
  • Performs data entry in various systems pertaining to management of leased building space.
  • Provides data Quality Assurance/Quality Control to maintain accurate data. Runs reports for QA/QC to be used for tracking purposes, as necessary.
  • Researches and analyzes lease documents, occupancy agreements, and payments.
  • Assists in initiating the lease expiration process to include obtaining all necessary information to initiate a new lease project, prepare an expiring lease letter, and create project files.
  • Coordinates and operates meetings via Microsoft Teams.
  • Presents slides or materials for virtual audiences and facilitates meetings.
  • Runs, processes, and finalizes reports on an ad-hoc basis and for regular monthly reports and meetings.
  • Performs analysis of real property metrics using a variety of internal systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Point

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Skill in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing to prepare reports, clarify discrepancies and provide subject matter training.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, spot inconsistencies and potential problems and determine alternatives, resolves issues, and handles inquiries.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and input data.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Skill in organizing and analyzing large amounts of information with special focus on detail.
  • Knowledge of realty instruments and real estate terminology.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, SharePoint.
