Responsibilities

AGENT LEAD GENERATION MODEL

Our proven Lead Generation Model is a true partnership - with both an agent component and a team component. By plugging into our systems, following our models, and utilizing our tools, we expect you to generate and close 1-2 transactions per month from your sphere connections, open houses, and prospecting levers (cold calls, circle prospecting, For Sale By Owners, Make Me Move, Expireds, Canceled, etc). If you complete your weekly lead generation activities and regularly attend our Power-Up/Stand-Up and scripts, you qualify for team leads from websites, digital advertising, sign calls, our inside sales division, referrals, etc. This should contribute an additional 1-2 transactions per month.
